GHIOTTO & ASSOCIATES, INC., is a Professional Surveying and Mapping firm specializing in mapping geo-spatial relationships for design professionals and land use managers. Founded in 1993, our services have been provided to such clients as:

• Several architectural & engineering firms in the Northeast Florida area
• City of Jacksonville
• Duval County School Board
• City of Atlantic Beach
• Jacksonville Transportation Authority
• Florida Department of Transportation

• St. Johns River Water Management District

We utilize the latest in field equipment such as GPS receivers, digital levels, electronic total stations and hand-held computers as data collectors. Field data is collected using Electronic Field Book (EFB) and is processed using CAiCE software which exports to AutoCAD or Microstation software for our mapping projects. All of our office computers are tied to a Windows NT Server for central data storage.

All non-registered survey technicians are involved with the Certified Survey Technician (CST) Program established by the National Society of Professional Surveyors.  Technicians are tested on four levels of difficulty, depending upon the technician's experience and length of employment in the surveying industry.  All levels of testing are available for field and office technicians.  By incorporating this program into the culture of Ghiotto & Associates, Inc., the firm demonstrates its commitment to develop employee's knowledge and understanding of the surveying profession, thereby increasing the firm's quality of service .
